PowerSchool App Issue

We've gotten reports of an issue with the PowerSchool App and getting an Unknown Error. I contacted PowerSchool support and they provided three things to do.

Our tech staff replicated the same issue and just signing out and logging back in is all I needed to do and it was working again.
